Playing a Show for Everyone: John Fogerty Announces Fall Tour

Published on May 28th, 2013

Before he took the stage on his birthday, singing, songwriting legend John Fogerty took to Facebook to announce his fall 2013 tour.

“In about an hour, John is going to take the stage for his record release show/birthday party bash in Los Angeles. What better way to ring in the new album than announcing the first string of his fall tour dates! We’re happy to announce John will be playing the albums of Creedence Clearwater Revival in the U.S.!”

Although only five dates are out so far, the month-long gap between shows on both coats of North America indicate a wider tour is in the works.

Thursday, October 10 – Nokia Theatre (Los Angeles, CA)
Friday, October 11 – Vina Robles Amphitheatre (Paso Robles, CA)
Saturday, October 12 – Greek Theatre (Berkeley, CA)
Tuesday, October 15 – The Fillmore Auditorium (Denver, CO)
Tuesday, November 12 – The Beacon Theatre (New York, NY)

Fogerty will play either Bayou Country or Cosmo’s Factory in its entirety during each performance, along with a smattering of other CCR hits.
